Nature Trails Everyone in the Greer Family knows each trail and great picnic spot in the hills of Greer Ranch. With over 200 acres of open space in Greer Ranch, there is room to roam and places to discover at walking speed. Preserved, nature trails wind through the ridge lines of Greer Ranch. Accessible only by foot, residents can experience the native landscape of Greer Ranch and view the beautiful Temecula Valley Below. Trail Rules & Regulations The 200 acres surrounding the nature trails will be accessible to Greer Ranch residents. Since much of the area is considered sensitive habitat reserve, access will be restricted to pedestrian and bicycle use only. In order to preserve the sensitive habitat reserve areas, no pets, (including leashed pets) will be authorized to enter the access road/conservation easement area. Unauthorized motor vehicle use, and all activities that may harm or significantly disturb wildlife or impact their habitat within the conservation easement area will be prohibited (e.g., off road hiking or biking, agriculture, gardening, dumping of garbage.) |
