The transponders are in and available for purchase.  If you do not have transponders and need to purchase one please be sure to bring the following items with you: Drivers License, Vehicle Registration, Proof of Insurance, as well as the vehicle(s) that the transponder(s) will be assigned/attached to.  Tenants will also need to provide a copy of their signed lease.  If you are a new homeowner, please bring a copy of your grant deed as well.  There is a $45.00 charge for each transponder, payable by cash, money order or check (payable to Greer Ranch).  Please note that transponders have a 1 year limited warranty.  Also, if you remove your transponder from your window, you risk deactivating the sensor.  This cannot be reactivated and you will need to purchase a new transponder.  Please remember to bring your old transponder back to the office when you purchase a replacement.

Many are aware that the Clubhouse and Pool fob access is not currently operational.  Your Board of Directors has recently approved a proposal to install a new system.  Once the hardware is in place we will then need to update the database to insure that the fob information is accurate and up to date.  While we do not have a completion date for this project, we hope to have it operational as quickly as possible.  Check back at this site for updates.
