There will be an emergency board meeting in the Greer Ranch clubhouse on Tuesday, October 29th at 7pm.

Richard (Rick) has recently retired from the Navy after 25 years, holds a BS degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University, an AAS in  Technical Studies from Excelsior College of New York   (both of which specialize in degrees for military personnel), he has also  completed US Navy training on Operational Risk Management, and three levels of  Lean Six Sigma (Six Sigma is a set of strategies, techniques, and tools for process improvement.  Six Sigma
seeks to improve the quality of process outputs by identifying and removing the  causes of errors and minimizing variability in the business processes. It uses a  set of quality management methods, including statistical methods, and creates a special infrastructure of people within the  organization).

His duties have ranged from Lead Investigator to Operations Department Manager, to Training Department Manager.  As Operations Manager he supervised an extensive maintenance, material and
management system.  

He is also a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is in enrolled the their Professional Management Development Program.  His training in operations, management, and leadership will be of great  benefit to the community.

You may have noticed that in some areas, our sprinklers are operating more often.  This is because our friends at Environmental Concepts have put down new sod on some of the bare spots around the community.  In order for this to work, the sod must be kept damp for the first few days in order for the seeds to germinate.
