The Clubhouse Office will be closing Wednesday November 27th at 5:00 pm. The office will not be open again until Monday December 2nd at 9:00 am. From everyone at Avalon Management, have a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend.
 The results of the Annual Meeting are as follows:
Adam Huber - 101 Greg Johnson - 129 Sean Motlagh - 100 Keith Rowland - 96 Kenneth Williams - 44 Kurt Kunkel - 3 Adam Huber, Gregory Johnson, and Sean Motlagh were elected to serve two year terms on the Board of Directors. Congratulations to the new members, and many thanks to the outgoing board members.  Starting today, the Clubhouse Manager's office hours is as follows:
Monday through Friday: 9 am to 5 pm Every Second and Fourth Saturday: 10 am to 2 pm Sundays: Closed The office drop box is always available. We have also installed a new lock box for issue and return of clubhouse rental key fobs, for your convenience.  The inspectors of election have reported that only 107 ballots have been received, we need 173 to be able to hold our meeting.
Please returned your signed election envelopes as soon as possible, you can even drop them off at the on-site office or use the clubhouse drop box after hours. Thank you! |
