Temporary lane dividers and directional signs have been placed at the Guardhouse entrance to help guide visitors and keep the transponder lane clear for quicker access for Greer Ranch residents. A date is to be determined for the final asphalt slurry coat to include the permanent lane dividers, which will require a 24 hours or less shut down of the East Greer Road entrance. Consideration for start date at the West Greer Road gate is pending. Water Fit Aquatics operated by Heather Elizondo is excited to offer an exclusive swim program for the Residents of Greer Ranch, starting May 5, 2012. Class schedules and registration form can be downloaded at www.MyGreerRanch.com, under Association Information. Completed forms and payment can be placed in the Clubhouse Office Drop box to be date stamped upon received. Water aerobics schedule will be listed on the Association calendar as dates may vary. Transponders can be obtained at Everett's Place Clubhouse during business hours, Monday thru Friday, or by appointment for your convenience. New transponders are $45.00 each. Residents with two Elite push button clickers will be given a maximum of two Sirit transponders for the new Guardhouse gates. Reminder, an installed transponder to the windshield will automatically deactivated when removed; and can not be transferred to another vehicle. If wish not to purchase a transponder, the Association vehicle decal can be used to enter after speaking to the Patrol Officers.
