Slurry seal just outside of Greer Ranch

We have just been advised that the City of Murrieta will be performing Slurry Seal on two (2) streets entering or exiting the Greer Ranch Community Association.  Work will be performed from 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on Greer Road from Nutmeg to our West entrance on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of next week (3/3 - 3/5).  The work will be done so that access to and from Greer Ranch will still be available.  Our West entrance and exit gates will remain open during this time, however there is a possibility of a slowing in traffic (outside the community) due to the work and equipment.  All vehicles parked outside the community on Greer Road will need to be moved to another location as we have been advised that any vehicles parked on the street will be towed.  As well, Evandel Road (our exit from Abelia) will be closed all day on Thursday, 3/5/2020, so there will be no exit access available through that gate that day.  Vehicles parked outside that gate will need to be moved elsewhere to avoid towing.
