Monday morning yoga class will become a gentle yoga class. Beginning poses and gentle stretches, using a chair as well as a mat. This may appeal to those with stiff joints and knee pain or arthritis; lots of stretching and relaxing.
Welcome drop-in residents. Come enjoy stretching, relaxing and strengthening with the opportunity to meet new neighbors. A healthy challenge for all levels with individual instruction.
