Notice of Annual Meeting & Election for Board of Directors

Dear Greer Ranch Members,

This is to notify you that the Annual Membership Meeting and Election for Board of Directors will be held as follows:

Date:             Tuesday, November 13, 2012

Time:            Registration Opens at 8:00 pm / Registration Closes at 8:15 pm
                     Call to Order 8:20 pm (if quorum is established)

Location :     Greer Ranch Community, Everett's Place Clubhouse


The purpose of this Annual Membership Meeting is for Greer Ranch Community Association is to elect two (2) Members for two (2) positions on the Board of Directors each to serve a two (2) year term.

In order to assist you in your selection, please see a copy of the candidate statements as submitted by each candidate (see attachment below). Ballots received by the Inspector of Election are irrevocable. You are welcome to submit your ballot in person after meeting the Candidates.

Please complete and mail your ballot as explained in the Voting Procedures & Instructions (see attachment below). Quorum requirement for this meeting is 25% of the voting power of Greer Ranch. Postmark no later than November 9, 2012 to be received by election date. Homeowner record date to vote was set for October 12, 2012. If quorum is not met, a reconvened meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 6:00 pm in Everett's Place Clubhouse. Reduce quorum must be met with 15% of Membership ballots.

The Inspector of Election, HOA Elections, has provided Greer Ranch with its own Election website. Please visit www.MyHOAVote.com, select your community and enter the username and password below:

Community Tree Trimming

Tree Pros Inc. will be servicing Greer Ranch by trimming the trees in all common areas of the Community. Homeowners you will receive the Association’s contracted price should you choose to have your trees trimmed by Tree Pros Inc. Please call Malcolm with Tree Pros Inc. @ 909-548-0033 to schedule your trees to be trimmed.

Please view the schedule below to find out what day Tree Pros Inc. will be on your street.

Day 1 - Tuesday, October 9, 2012   
East gate entrance, Tube Rose Street, Coral Gum Avenue, Clubhouse and pool area.

Day 2 - Wednesday, October 10, 2012

Day 3 - Thursday, October 11, 2012

East Gate & Clubhouse Parking Lot to Close Temporarily

Beginning this Sunday, October 7th through 14th the East gate (Clinton Keith/Greer) and the Clubhouse parking lot will be closed to all traffic. The Evandel gate will open temporarily during this period. There will be a security guard at both the West gate (Nutmeg/Greer) and the Evandel gate 24 hours each day. Please be sure to inform your visiting guests and vendors that they will have to make a detour to gain entry into Greer Ranch.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may bring and thank you for your cooperation as your Community is maintained. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Clubhouse during normal business hours at 951-894-4877
