A warm welcome to Steve Strombeck, a new Homeowner, an expert music instructor has offered to provide FREE guitar lessons. Students must provide their own acoustic guitar, but electric guitar will work. Mr. Strombeck will provide music and folder materials. If interested, best that you can attend the entire summer session to maximize potential and build on the weekly task; classes set to start July 12th and run through August 30th on Thursday evenings in Everett's Place Clubhouse. Kid friendly classes for 3rd graders up to 6th graders will be offered from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Classes for Middle / High school students will be offered from 7:00pm to 8:00pm.  These are beginning classes, students do not need prior experience in music and Mr. Strombeck's goal is to introduce basic guitar techniques, note reading and playing songs.  Interested adults please contact Steve Strombeck directly for starting class dates and times.

Introducing new Greer Ranch homeowner, Nohora Block, a avid painter excited to share her knowledge of painting with adults and teenagers. She will teach you how to sketch and prepare a canvas for painting using oils and acrylics. It will be a relaxing and fun painting time while learning new techniques.
Participants will need to purchase their own canvas, but a list of materials will need to be obtained from Nohora prior to the first class. Classes are for the enjoyment of Greer Ranch homeowners and residing tenants.
Free classes will be offered in Everett's Place Clubhouse, starting (day of week changed) Tuesday July 17th from 9:30am to 11:00am weekly. Women's Prayer Club is to offer support as a social club for a diverse group of Mother's, Wives, Single or Widowed. Mother's will have an opportunity to join collectively in praying for their school children, teen(s) or adult children and family needs. Wives, upholding one another in prayer for different needs in their marriages. Singles, will experience a compassion from prayers that addresses the issues they face on daily. Widows, matured in age or not, it's a transformation that no one should have to face alone. Our sensitivity in prayer will be uplifting to this diversified group of women. Unity in the city begins in the homes, why not start at our homes in Greer Ranch Community.  Starting July 27, 2012 from 7:00pm to 8:30pm, every other week on Friday evening in Everett's Place Clubhouse.

Greer Road West entrance and exit gate is closed to help expedite the construction of the guardhouse. Emergency vehicles are the only vehicles to be accessing the exit lane. For your safety, do not enter the construction area, either by foot, bike or vehicle! Closed and Do Not Enter signs have been posted for your safety on both sides of the construction area. Any person going beyond the protective fencing is entering at their own risk. The Association and Management will not be held accountable.

Heather Elizondo, Water Fit Aquatics, will be hosting free water aerobic classes every Thursday night at 6:00pm during June and July. Great way to unwind after your busy work day.
