The Greer Ranch Community Association held its "Adjourned Annual Meeting and Election on Wednesday, December 7th. We would like to congratulate Heather Elizondo and Jon Ingram for their re-election, and thank them (and the other Board Members) for their continued willingness to serve the community. Meet our own "Elf on the Shelf" Snow-Flurry, who was introduced to the Community at the December 5th "Santa Stop" event will be spending the remainder of the month "hanging out" in the Greer Ranch Clubhouse! Every Friday through Christmas (the 9th, 16th & 23rd) waiting for our children to come and "discover" where she is hiding. Each child who discovers her hiding place and reveals it to Ms. Dana or Ms. Billie will receive a sweet treat! We also have the "Elf on the Shelf" book available for you to cuddle up and read to your children here at the clubhouse. Pool Update The resurfacing of our pool, wading pool and spa should be complete in the next few days. Once the work is complete, the Health Department will need to come out and approve the work so that the area can be reopened. We have also been advised that to allow the new surface to properly cure, the spa will not be able to be heated until after December 21st.
