SPRING has SPRUNG!!

With the onset of this beautiful season, we see plants starting to grow and bloom after months of being dormant, birds are out and chirping, people are out walking, and children are playing.  Activity is happening everywhere around us, inside and outside of Greer Ranch Community Association.  As a matter of fact, for those who may be wondering what the construction is at Clinton Keith and the 215...we are going to have a CVS store in the next several months!

Another byproduct of the warm weather is activity at the pool.  As an update, the pool is now heated (since March 15th) and there is a monitor at the gate to ease the "pool entry" issues that we have been experiencing.  The monitor is present from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm Monday through Friday as well as 9:00 am to 10:00 pm Saturday and Sunday.  Our management team is available to let you in Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until the monitor is onsite in the afternoon.  The monitor will be working for us until the new electronic access system is installed and operational.  We truly want to thank everyone for their patience through this process.  Negotiations fell through with our original vendor, and we have now contracted with another vendor to get the job done.  Preliminary work has already begun and we believe that the system should be up and completely operational withing the next 5 weeks.  We understand that this has been frustrating for everyone and we do appreciate your patience.

Just a reminder with the warm weather, we will start seeing more people out walking as well as children playing and riding their bikes throughout the community.  Please be especially mindful of this as you are driving through Greer Ranch.

Finally, don't forget our Easter Event this Saturday from 1:00 to 4:00 pm.  This will be a great event for everyone.  We can't wait to see you there!

Have you seen the beautiful pathway and landscape up-lighting that was recently added to our East Gate entrance?  This new look not only serves to welcome residents and guests as they approach, but also provides footpath illumination for those walking in and out of our community!  Plans are in the works to install this type of lighting at our West Gate entrance as well.


We also just completed out "winter" phase of tree trimming throughout the community.  This is just the beginning of a 3 year master plan for trimming of our trees.  This phase included many of our Sycamore trees, as well as some Alder, Locust and Pine trees.  Look for the next phase to be done this summer!
