Excited to announce the Greer Road East/Main Guardhouse is open! Advance notice will be given for the start of construction at the Greer Road West Guardhouse.
If entering vehicle does not have an association decal on their vehicle window, and decal number must match vehicle information to a specific property address address; then identification will be requested!
Residents must input all Visitors and Service Vendors on the GateKey internet system or call the Guardhouse at 951-677-1780 for entry. Visit www.Gatekey.us, residents need to obtain their username and password from the Clubhouse Management Office by emailing: [email protected].
ONLY RESIDENTS RESIDING AT THE HOME ADDRESS MAY REQUEST THE GUARDHOUSE OFFICER TO PUT A VISITOR AND SERVICE VENDORS ON THEIR GATEKEY LIST! If you have any questions, please contact the Clubhouse Management Office.
Transponders can be obtained at Everett's Place Clubhouse during business hours, Monday thru Friday, or by appointment for your convenience. New transponders are $45.00 each. Residents with two Elite push button clickers will be given a maximum of two Sirit transponders for the new Guardhouse gates.
Reminder, an installed transponder to the windshield will automatically deactivated when removed; and can not be transferred to another vehicle. If wish not to purchase a transponder, the Association vehicle decal can be used to enter after speaking to the Patrol Officers.
