We are pleased to announce the results of the November 28, 2017 Board of Directors Election! Incumbents Adam Huber and Jeffrey Kirshberg were each re-elected to 2 year terms, and Brenda Olson was elected as our newest Board member, and will serve a 2 year term as well. Welcome Brenda!
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank outgoing member Dave Slaughter for his dedicated service to Greer Ranch over the last 2 years! Dave most recently served as Secretary of the Board. Thank you Dave for your dedication to Greer Ranch Community Association! Beginning in January 2018, the Board will meet bi-monthly, on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. The Open session meetings will continue to be held at 7:00pm. Please check the Greer Ranch calendar for meeting dates. Greer Ranch is looking forward to a wonderful 2018! Its that time of year again! Santa will be coming to visit us on Monday, December 4, 2017. While the actual time of his "magical" arrival is a secret to all, please join us for cookies, hot cocoa and holiday activities at 5:30pm. Mrs. Claus herself will be joining us for a fun meet n' greet as well! Once again, the City of Murrieta will be collecting canned food as well as new unwrapped toys and gift cards to benefit families in need. Donations may be brought to the clubhouse, now through the event on the 4th. Wristbands are required and are available at no charge (to Greer residents) the night of the event or now through the 4th at the Clubhouse if you want to avoid waiting in line at the event. Wristbands for non-residents may be purchased at a cost of $5.00 per person (there is a minimum of 4 non-resident wristbands per Greer household). We can't wait to see you!
In case you haven't noticed, there have been some changes to the landscape at our Clubhouse! We started a landscape project just a few weeks ago, and the area around the clubhouse is starting to look absolutely beautiful! A beautiful new Pear tree has been added directly in front of the building to compliment the magnificent Greer Family Pear tree. We have added beautiful Mock Orange, Indian Hawthorn, Cleveland Sage, Breath of Heaven, Morea, Iceberg, Climbing and Carpet Roses to the main planting beds, as well as Society Garlic surrounding the majestic Oak in the turnaround area of the parking lot. Decorative Blue Fescue has been added to the planting beds near the Spa in the pool area. We have also installed some grand park benches along the walkway to the Clubhouse so that resident's can enjoy a restful conversation under the shade of the Pear trees. A similar bench has been installed in the park area. There is just a bit more to be done with this project, but we will be waiting for the cooler fall months to complete it. We encourage you to come and take a look at the changes. you won't be disappointed! By Gordon Tredgold

Thomas Edison once said, “Time is really the only capital that any human being has, and the only thing he can’t afford to lose.” Since we all wish to get more from life, there’s no better way to accomplish this than by finding ways to do more with the time you have been given. Super Successful People Do this Every Day… 1. They Fight the Tyranny of the Urgent 2. They never touch the same things twice 3. They start their days with the least appealing things first 4. They don’t multitask 5. They get ready for tomorrow before they leave the office 6. They stick to their schedule during meetings 7. They say No 8. They only check email at designated times 9.
